DUI EVALUATIONS
A DUI (Driving Under the Influence) Evaluation is an assessment that determines the extent of a person’s substance use related to their DUI offense. The evaluation is typically required by the court or DMV after a DUI arrest to assess whether the individual has a substance use problem and what level of education or treatment might be necessary.

The evaluation does not determine guilt or innocence—it is only used to assess risk and recommend appropriate next steps.
